Hello, I'm Caressa

senior and family  Photographer

I’m Caressa—mom to three amazing boys, photographer, a Speech-Language Pathologist, and an active member of The Assembly of Broken Arrow Church. Above all, I’m a follower of Christ, and my faith is the foundation of everything I do.

Life is full and often chaotic—from motherhood and my work as an SLP to everyday moments that pass far too quickly. Photography is where I slow things down. It’s how I honor the in-between, celebrate what matters most, and capture stories with purpose, grace, and heart.

More Than Images—This Is a Calling to Serve.

More than images, my goal is to serve people well—creating meaningful photographs while pointing back to a God who is present, faithful, and never lets go.

Balancing motherhood, a career, and photography often feels like a three-ring circus—full of motion, noise, and joy. Between therapy sessions, IEP meetings, sporting events, and everyday chaos, I’ve come to find beauty in the in-between. And that’s where photography comes in. For me, it’s more than just capturing images—it’s a way of slowing time, honoring the story that’s unfolding right in front of us, and celebrating the moments that matter most.

Faith, family, my work as an SLP, and photography—they’re all connected. Each one strengthens the others and helps me see life through a lens of purpose, grace, and growth. Over time, I’ve learned that life isn’t just a string of events or snapshots—it’s a sacred narrative, full of connection, healing, and hope.

Below is a link where I share my story—the messy, the miraculous, and everything in between. Whether I’m reflecting on God’s presence in daily life, navigating the world of special needs, or simply pausing to capture a fleeting moment with my boys, my hope is that you’ll find encouragement, truth, and maybe a few laughs along the way.

At the heart of it all, my greatest purpose isn’t rooted in my career or photography—it’s in helping others discover a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. That calling influences not just what I do, but how I live, serve, and love.

No matter your role, background, or season of life, the hope of salvation is for you—for every tribe, tongue, and people group. The transforming power of God changed the trajectory of my life, my family’s future, and I believe He wants to do the same for others.

Let’s work together

"I have called you by your name; you are mine."

isaiah 43:1

The Hope Behind the Lens

Who Is God? Allow me to introduce Him to you.

The Heart Behind It All

There’s only one way to God—and His name is Jesus.

He took our place on the cross and rose from the grave so that we could have eternal life, freedom from guilt, and peace that carries us through every season.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” — John 14:6

God created you with love and intention. The same Creator who formed the stars also formed you—on purpose and for a purpose. He knows you by name. But sin entered the world and created separation between us and God. We’ve all felt that distance.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23

Yet God’s love made a way. Jesus came to restore what was lost, and through His sacrifice, the door to eternal life is open.

The Cross and the Empty Grave

Jesus gave His life so we wouldn’t have to carry the weight of sin. Through His resurrection, we are offered new life—full of grace, hope, and purpose.

“By His wounds, you have been healed.”— 1 Peter 2:24

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” — Matthew 28:6

Salvation is a gift. You don’t have to earn it—just receive it.

How to Receive Salvation

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about trusting the One who is. If you’ve never experienced the forgiveness, peace, and hope that comes from knowing Jesus, you can today. Salvation is a free gift—you don’t have to earn it, just receive it.

“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” — Romans 10:9

Pray this from your heart:

“Jesus, I confess that I’m a sinner and I need You. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I trust You as my Savior and surrender my life to You. Come into my heart and guide me from this day forward. Amen.”

You’re Loved and Never Alone

If you just prayed that, or if you have questions, I would love to hear from you. Please reach out—I'd be honored to pray with you.
